Jung Eun Kwon

Jung Eun Kwon is interested in investigating the relationship between therapeutic interventions and the social rendering of personhood. Her current interests are about depression and suicide in South Korea and Japan. By examining various kinds of psychotherapy, her goal is to explore how the concepts of mental health and personhood are proposed, negotiated, and (re)constructed through psychotherapeutic interventions.
