University of Pittsburgh Anthropology Ph.D. graduate, Dr. Christine Hippert, has recently released a new book entitled, "Not Even a Grain of Rice: Buying Food on Credit in the Dominican Republic". Hippert currently serves as a Professor of Archaeology and Anthropology at the University of Wisconsin, La-Crosse.
